Re-Elect KASHI BROWN for CVP

My name is Kashi Brown, and I am running to be re-elected for Company Vice President at CWA Local 3204. I have been an employee of AT&T for 23 years and a member of CWA since day one. My experience and different positions have expanded my knowledge which allows me to better help my brothers and sisters. During my free time I enjoy helping others which includes feeding the homeless and helping the community.  My goal is to be a positive role model to my children and the younger generation. I am a very protective mother, friend and daughter which bleeds off to being a protective Company Vice President for my Union family. I am a member of the Human Rights/Equity Committee and attended Human Rights training which helps me to better serve you. I have won pay back for technicians from suspensions without pay. I have also had suspensions removed from records that would normally stay for 3 years. I have handled multiple reversals of terminations and assisted technicians with getting rehired. During the strike in 2019 I was right there fighting beside you for a better contract. I have been told that I often put your needs before my own which I will continue to do. I believe in fighting for what is right, and I understand the struggles that you face at times because I have been there myself. I will be a shoulder for you to lean on, a listening ear, and an advocate for your concerns. I am a loyal, creditable, and trustworthy person. When times are hard you can count on me to be your comedian to make you laugh but at the same time addressing your concerns. I will put on my boxing gloves to fight for you each and every time. I don’t take days off from this position because I understand how some issues cannot wait until business hours. I say this with pride because I am passionate about my work. Tony and I work side by side with one another and we would like to continue helping and being there for you.
